1. Taking 1 hour walk daily is really helpful to remove unwanted thigh fat. For better result walk with a quick pace.

2. Use stairs instead of lift. This is beast workout to remove thigh fat and to provide a good shape to your thighs.

STEP 2: Workout

1. Lie down on straight surface with your face down. Now lift your leg and try to point them toward ceiling. Hold in this position for 15 seconds and repeat atleast 30 times.

2. Perform squats and hold for some seconds while in lowest position in squats.

3. Stand atleast 1 foot (12 inches) away from a straight wall. Now touch your shoulder with wall with your feet still in same position. Now slide against the wall until your thighs become parallel to wall. Stay in this position for 40 seconds and repeat 5 times.
