7 Stretches In 7 Minutes For Complete Lower Back Pain Relief



In today’s hectic life, back pain is the most common problem. If you have back pain, you can’t do your work efficiently. In this post we are sharing some stretches which can relieve back pain in minutes.

1. KNEE TO CHEST STRETCH

Lay down on straight surface. Now, first bend your left knee and gently pull it to your chest while placing your hand on calf. Hold in this position for 30 second and then return to straight position. Repeat the same with right side.

2. HIP FLEXOR STRETCH

Stand straight and then pull your right foot forward. While doing so, pull your left leg back. Hold in this position for 30 seconds and then repeat with other side

3. FIGURE FOUR STRETCH

Lay straight and bend your left knee keeping your right foot straight. Now, align your left knee with right leg to make a shape of letter 4. Hold in this position for 30 seconds and then repeat the same with right side.


4. HAMSTRING STRETCH

Lay straight, bend your knee and press floor with your left foot. Lift your right leg as high as you can and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat the same with right side.

5. SUPINE TWIST

Lay on back, bend both knees and cross left leg over right and twist both legs to right side. Repeat with other side.

6. FORWARD BEND

Stand on a flat surface and try to touch floor with palm.

7. QUAD STRETCH

Lie on your left side and bend your knee. With your right hand, grab your left ankle. Keep in this position for 30 seconds and repeat the same with other side.
