5 Best Exercises For Reduce Your Double Chin And Excess Neck Fat

Hold your hand near collar bone and move your head up and down. Repeat 30 times.

4. Gravity Defier

Tilt your chin up slightly and part your lips apart. Repeat 30 times.

5. Neck Elongater

Hold your hand near neck and lift your chin to the sky. Hold in for 30 seconds. Repeat 20 times.
