9 Yoga Exercise To Slim Down Your Face In 3 Minute

• Exercise 7: this is very easy and for this you need to open up your mouth as much as you can and then hold it for a while so you can feel stretch on your muscles and this will gradually tone up the cheekbone muscle.

• Exercise 8: for reducing the cheekbone muscle squeeze your cheeks with inhaled air and keep it on hold for few of the minutes. Repeat this for next 10-15 times and you can see the better results there.

• Exercise 9: Pull air as much is possible with mouth because this will sink your cheeks inside and thus you can release air from your mouth slowly-slowly. This helps in reducing the cheeks muscles as well.
